After your arrival in Singapore, you must submit your passport and white immigration card to the HR department of your company. You will be asked to sign a health declaration form provided by your company, and within a day you can get your EP endorsed. Your HR representative will bring the paperwork over and stamp your passport.
Healthcare
Singapore has around 28 hospitals and speciality centres, and over 80 healthcare companies operate within Singapore. There are two health systems in Singapore, namely public and private. The government of Singapore runs the public health system, and the private system is run by private hospitals and clinics.
